Just like other markets, forex quotes consist of two sides, the bid and the ask:
The BID is the price at which you can SELL base currency.
The ASK is the price at which you can BUY base currency
The BID is the price at which you can SELL base currency.
The ASK is the price at which you can BUY base currency
